Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us.
We aim to make outfits that are not just fabulous on the outside but are appreciated thoroughly by
her customers. To this end, we have created a customer friendly Return, Exchange and Refunds
policy. Below are our terms for Returns, Exchange and Refunds.
If for the following reasons, you are not pleased with your purchase from us.
- If there is a factory damage to the cloth.
- If it’s a different design/size than you ordered.
Customers are encouraged to direct any complaint regarding purchase through our customer
service channel shop@nahlabrand.com.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We would be willing to exchange the product or do a refund if it comes to it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Follow the instructions below for a refund:
- Fill in the RETURN FORM with your order number and the reason you want refund for your item(s).
Please note that sale items or items purchased in the sale section, pre-ordered, custom/made to-order and personalized items cannot be returned exchanged or refunded.

Alternatively, you can contact us at shop@nahlabrand.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All clothes must be returned either for exchange or refund without any alterations which would
include:
- The Presence of perfume or any other fragrance on the fabric
- The tag and label Cut off
- The garment being washed before it is returned
- The presence of any sort of makeup or other stains.
As a Small business, Nahla Brand, does not bear the delivery cost on all Returned items. This also includes clothes
that are returned for exchange. I.E Clients who send in their clothes to be exchanged would bear the
cost both to return it (to our stores) as well as have the exchanged dress (es) delivered to them.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
