All orders are processed and shipped from UK.

Processing your orders before shipping takes between 1-2 working days unless otherwise stated in product description.

INTERNATIONAL – We deliver worldwide in 3-11 working days  - see all  rates at checkout
( For International orders please note that Delays may occur due to customs. All
custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.)

Undelivered Order Returned by Shipping Company.

If for any reason your items is not delivered either due to invalid address provided or unavailability at your address and then gets returned to us by the shipping company, you will be issued a Store voucher for the purchase price of the item(s) ( excluding shipping cost).

We ask that you carefully check your shipping address to make sure it is correct.

If you do request that we send your item(s) back to you, you will be required to pay another shipping fee.
